Supporting leaders, organizations and communities to serve their higher purpose

Thriving Cultures

Culture is to organizations as the ego is to individuals. They are formed through both deliberate and unconscious elements that show up in the behavior of individuals, groups and the whole system. Organization development luminary, Edgar Schein, defines organizational culture as a "...set of shared, taken-for-granted implicit assumptions that a group holds and that determines how it perceives, thinks about and reacts to various environments."

Our strength-based approach for cultivating a thriving culture is grounded in our Tree Model and creates the conditions for Thriving Cultures filled with engaged people.
